Barry Davis, Chairman and CEO, EnLink Midstream. speaking:

Hello. This is an exciting time at EnLink and an exciting day in our history.

I’ve just announced my decision to retire from my roles as Chairman and CEO of this incredible company after more than 25 years of service,

…and we are excited that Jesse Arenivas is joining EnLink as our new Chief Executive, leading EnLink on the next phase of our journey.

The EnLink Board of Directors and I have been focused for some time on identifying a successor who would continue to build on our foundation to secure EnLink’s long-term success.

Our efforts have centered on finding the right leader who shares our Core Values and has the leadership skills, experience, and capabilities to move us forward in achieving our vision to become the future of midstream by leading in innovation and sustainability.

EnLink has a strong base business, which includes premier natural gas and oil platforms in key producing regions like the Permian and demand markets along the Gulf Coast, and we see a tremendous opportunity ahead of us with our carbon capture, transportation, and sequestration or “CCS” business.

We sought a strategic leader with decades of experience in the oil and gas industry who is at the forefront of carbon management and the energy transition to continue this momentum.

Upon my retirement, Jesse will become our new CEO and a director on the EnLink Board, and Leldon Echols, a 14-year veteran of EnLink’s Board, will become the Board’s chairman.

These are some of the best times at EnLink, and I am confident that great things will continue to happen under Jesse’s leadership.

Jesse Arenivas, incoming CEO, speaking:

Thank you, Barry.

I am thrilled to join this company and to drive its continued, long-term success.

I have long admired Barry’s leadership and EnLink’s entrepreneurial spirit, as the company has shown impressive execution in both strengthening its traditional oil and gas platforms while also positioning itself for success in today’s evolving energy world.

EnLink has a strong culture and team of 1100+ employees across the country with decades of experience delivering safe and reliable energy.

This is a bright, dedicated group that drives and lives the “EnLink Way” – focusing always on innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation.

I am a believer in EnLink’s “Future of Midstream” vision and what the team is achieving.

We have an unparalleled opportunity in the carbon capture space.

I am equally as excited about what we see in our existing midstream business across each of our segments.

I look forward to the path ahead and am ready to lead alongside our senior management team.

Now, let’s go, EnLink!
