EnLink has been a sustainable company since our inception, following core values that emphasized a focus on people, communities, safety, and ethics. We have long done what’s right for our stakeholders and strived to create a company that lasts.

Sustainability Structure

In 2018, when our stakeholders began asking for environmental, social, and governance or ESG details, we established an official sustainability program and have consistently evolved the program structure and goals to align with our company strategy, industry developments, and stakeholder expectations.

In 2020, EnLink adopted a companywide sustainability policy [insert link] to further drive our sustainability approach and emphasize our sustainability commitment and expectations with employees. EnLink added sustainability as one of the five focus areas to its 2021 strategic plan and, in early 2021, formed its current sustainability structure [temporary graphic; to have Leslie design]:

Sustainability Focus Areas and Data Assurance

EnLink monitors and reports progress in the following sustainability areas. These focus areas are reviewed regularly by the Sustainability Core Team and may expand or change periodically to best fit current sustainability thought leadership and industry trends:

  • Environmental Stewardship: energy use and emissions, environmental performance, environmental stewardship, and asset integrity and reliability
  • Social Responsibility: employee, contractor, and public safety; emergency preparedness and response; employee development; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and community involvement
  • Governance & Ethics: corporate governance, code of business conduct and ethics, and risk management and business continuity
