Barry Davis is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream. Mr. Davis led EnLink Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, from its founding in 1996 until its merger with Devon Midstream to create EnLink. During this time, the company completed the initial public offerings of Crosstex Energy, L.P. in 2002 and Crosstex Energy, Inc. in 2004. Under his leadership, EnLink has evolved into a significant service provider in the energy industry’s midstream business sector.

In 1992, Mr. Davis founded Ventana Natural Gas Company. After a merger and two years of operating as Comstock Natural Gas, Inc., a subsidiary of Comstock Resources, Inc., Mr. Davis led a management buyout of Comstock Natural Gas in 1996 to form Crosstex Energy Services.

Mr. Davis serves on the boards of Kirby Corp., Texas Christian University’s (TCU) Board of Trustees, TCU Energy Institute, and the TCU Neeley Entrepreneurship Center, as well as other civic and nonprofit boards. He is a member and former president of the Natural Gas and Electric Power Society, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Petroleum Club, as well as a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Christian University.

Michael J. Garberding is President and Chief Financial Officer of EnLink Midstream.

Previously, Mr. Garberding held several positions with EnLink’s Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and, prior to that, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance. He has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience in the energy industry. 

Prior to joining Crosstex in 2008, Mr. Garberding was assistant treasurer at TXU Corp., where he focused on structured transactions such as project financing for coal plant development and the sale of TXU Gas Company. He also was involved in the $45 billion sale of TXU Corp. to a group of private buyers led by KKR, Goldman Sachs, and TPG. Previously, Mr. Garberding was a member of several structured commodity, derivative, and project finance teams when he worked for Enron North America as a finance manager. He also was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Garberding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a board member of the Master Limited Partnerships Association.

Steve Hoppe is Executive Vice President and President of the Gas Business Unit at EnLink Midstream. Mr. Hoppe has more than 30 years of midstream energy industry experience.

Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Midstream Operations for Devon Energy, which he joined in 2007. Prior to joining Devon, Mr. Hoppe spent eight years at Thunder Creek Gas Services, most recently serving as President.

Mr. Hoppe holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming.

McMillan (Mac) Hummel is Executive Vice President and President of the Liquids Business Unit for EnLink Midstream.

Previously, Mr. Hummel served in various positions with The Williams Companies, which he joined in 1985, including Vice President of Commodity Services, Vice President of Natural Gas Liquids and Olefins, and Vice President of Western Region Gathering and Processing. Mr. Hummel began his career with Northwest Pipeline and also served as Williams' director of business development while living in Calgary, Alberta.

Mr. Hummel has served as a board member for Aux Sable Liquids Partners and has been a member of the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers Petrochemical Committee and the Association of Oil Pipe Lines Pipeline Subcommittee. Mr. Hummel earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Benjamin D. Lamb is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for EnLink Midstream. As a member of EnLink’s executive leadership team, he leads EnLink’s corporate and business development teams.

Mr. Lamb joined Crosstex, EnLink’s predecessor, in December 2012 and has played a key role in EnLink’s acquisitions and major deals since that time.

Prior to joining Crosstex, he worked in the investment banking industry advising executives and boards of major corporations on critical strategic and financial decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings and financings in the debt, equity and bank capital markets. 

Mr. Lamb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Economics and International Business from Baylor University.
