Barry E. Davis is Executive Chairman for EnLink Midstream.

Davis became Executive Chairman in January 2018, after serving as Chief Executive Officer of EnLink since the company was created in 2014. He led EnLink Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, from its founding in 1996 through the 2014 merger of Crosstex with midstream assets from Devon Energy Corp., which created EnLink. Under his leadership, EnLink has evolved into a leading, integrated midstream company with a strong financial foundation and a diverse geographic footprint in several top U.S. basins.

Davis serves on the board of directors for EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (EnLink’s Master Limited Partnership) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (EnLink’s General Partner), as well as the boards for the Kirby Corp., Texas Christian University’s Board of Trustees, TCU Energy Institute, the TCU Neeley Entrepreneurship Center, and other civic and nonprofit groups. He is a member and former president of the Natural Gas and Electric Power Society, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Petroleum Club, as well as a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.

Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Christian University in 1984.

Michael J. Garberding is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream. He also is a director on the ENLK and ENLC Boards of Directors.

Garberding has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the energy industry.  Prior to his role as CEO, Garberding served as EnLink’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He held several positions with EnLink’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance.

Before joining Crosstex in 2008, Garberding was assistant treasurer at TXU Corp., where he focused on structured transactions, such as project financing for coal plant development and the sale of TXU Gas Co. He also was involved in the $45 billion sale of TXU Corp. to a group of private buyers led by KKR, Goldman Sachs, and TPG. Previously, Garberding was a member of several structured commodity, derivative, and project finance teams when he worked for Enron North America as a finance manager. He also was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Garberding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a board member of the Master Limited Partnerships Association and the American Heart Association.

Eric D. Batchelder is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for EnLink Midstream.

Prior to joining EnLink, Batchelder served five years as Managing Director, Energy Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. At RBC, he was responsible for maintaining key client relationships, strategic planning, and business development efforts for the bank’s midstream energy advisory business in the United States.  

Previously, Batchelder spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he advised companies in the energy sector on mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising activities. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has over 15 years of strategic M&A and capital markets experience in the energy sector. 

Batchelder is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Middlebury College, a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Hartford, and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Alaina K. Brooks is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, and Secretary for EnLink Midstream.

Brooks plays an important leadership role in the creation and successful execution of EnLink’s strategic plan, while also leading several departments across EnLink, including legal, regulatory, human resources, public and industry affairs, contract administration, and environmental health and safety.

Brooks joined EnLink’s predecessor company in 2008 and has filled several legal roles since that time, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She has overseen litigation, commercial contracts, M&A, regulatory issues, and other legal matters while working alongside EnLink’s leadership team in the execution of EnLink’s strategic plan and all major company transactions.

Before joining the company in 2008, Brooks practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Baker Botts LLP, where she counseled clients on matters of complex commercial litigation, risk management and taxation.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.


Benjamin D. Lamb

Benjamin D. Lamb is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for EnLink Midstream. He leads commercial and operational efforts across all of EnLink’s asset areas, ensuring the successful execution of EnLink’s strategic plan.

Lamb joined EnLink’s predecessor company, Crosstex Energy, in 2012 and has played a key role in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, including leading several transformative acquisitions. Most recently, Lamb served as Executive Vice President of Oklahoma and North Texas, overseeing operations and commercial activity in EnLink’s key supply basins.

Prior to joining Crosstex, he worked in the investment banking industry advising executives and boards of major corporations on critical strategic and financial decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings and financings in the debt, equity, and bank capital markets. 

Lamb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Economics and International Business from Baylor University.
