Barry E. Davis is Executive Chairman for EnLink Midstream.

Mr. Davis served as Chief Executive Officer of EnLink since the company was created in 2014. He led EnLink Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, from its founding in 1996 through the 2014 merger of Crosstex with midstream assets from Devon Energy Corp., which created EnLink. Under his leadership, EnLink evolved into a leading, integrated midstream company with a strong financial foundation and a diverse geographic footprint in several top U.S. basins.

Mr. Davis also serves on the boards of Kirby Corp., Texas Christian University’s Board of Trustees, TCU Energy Institute, the TCU Neeley Entrepreneurship Center, and other civic and nonprofit boards. He is a member and former president of the Natural Gas and Electric Power Society, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Petroleum Club, as well as a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Christian University in 1984.

Michael J. Garberding is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream. He also is a director on the ENLK and ENLC Boards of Directors.

Mr. Garberding has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the energy industry. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Garberding served as EnLink’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He held several positions with EnLink’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance.

Before joining Crosstex in 2008, Mr. Garberding was assistant treasurer at TXU Corp., where he focused on structured transactions, such as project financing for coal plant development and the sale of TXU Gas Co. He also was involved in the $45 billion sale of TXU Corp. to a group of private buyers led by KKR, Goldman Sachs, and TPG. Previously, Mr. Garberding was a member of several structured commodity, derivative, and project finance teams when he worked for Enron North America as a finance manager. He also was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Garberding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a board member of the Master Limited Partnerships Association and the American Heart Association.

Eric D. Batchelder is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for EnLink Midstream.

Prior to joining EnLink, Mr. Batchelder served five years as Managing Director, Energy Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. At RBC, he was responsible for maintaining key client relationships, strategic planning, and business development efforts for the bank’s midstream energy advisory business in the United States.

Previously, Mr. Batchelder spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he advised on several high-profile deals, including the approximately $10 billion sale of Southern Union Co. to Energy Transfer Equity and the $1.35 billion sale of Koch Industries Natural Gas Liquids Business to ONEOK. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Batchelder has over 15 years of strategic M&A and capital markets experience in the energy sector.

Mr. Batchelder is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Middlebury College, a Master of Science in professional accounting from the University of Hartford, and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

McMillan (Mac) Hummel is Executive Vice President and President of the Liquids Business Unit for EnLink Midstream.

Previously, Mr. Hummel served in various positions with The Williams Companies, which he joined in 1985, including Vice President of Commodity Services, Vice President of Natural Gas Liquids and Olefins, and Vice President of Western Region Gathering and Processing. Mr. Hummel began his career with Northwest Pipeline and also served as Williams' director of business development while living in Calgary, Alberta.

Mr. Hummel has served as a board member for Aux Sable Liquids Partners and has been a member of the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers Petrochemical Committee and the Association of Oil Pipe Lines Pipeline Subcommittee. Mr. Hummel earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah.

Benjamin D. Lamb is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for EnLink Midstream. As a member of EnLink’s executive leadership team, he leads EnLink’s corporate and business development teams.

Mr. Lamb joined Crosstex, EnLink’s predecessor, in December 2012 and has played a key role in EnLink’s acquisitions and major deals since that time.

Prior to joining Crosstex, he worked in the investment banking industry advising executives and boards of major corporations on critical strategic and financial decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate and financial restructurings and financings in the debt, equity and bank capital markets. 

Mr. Lamb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Economics and International Business from Baylor University.
