Barry E. Davis is Executive Chairman for EnLink Midstream.

Mr. Davis served as Chief Executive Officer of EnLink since the company was created in 2014. He led EnLink Midstream’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, from its founding in 1996 through the 2014 merger of Crosstex with midstream assets from Devon Energy Corp., which created EnLink. Under his leadership, EnLink evolved into a leading, integrated midstream company with a strong financial foundation and a diverse geographic footprint in several top U.S. basins.

Mr. Davis also serves on the boards of Kirby Corp., Texas Christian University’s Board of Trustees, TCU Energy Institute, the TCU Neeley Entrepreneurship Center, and other civic and nonprofit boards. He is a member and former president of the Natural Gas and Electric Power Society, Dallas Wildcat Committee, and the Dallas Petroleum Club, as well as a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Christian University in 1984.

William J. Brilliant is a Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners and a leader of GIP’s North American energy investment business. He led GIP’s investment in EnLink and is responsible for the origination, execution, management and realization of investments. He is a member of GIP’s Investment and Operating committees and has been a member of GIP’s investment team since 2007. Prior to joining GIP, he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. He currently serves on the board of directors of Hess Midstream Partners GP LLC and Hess Infrastructure Partners. He previously served as a director of the general partner of Access Midstream Partners L.P. from June 2012 through July 2014.

Michael J. Garberding is President and Chief Executive Officer of EnLink Midstream. He also is a director on the ENLK and ENLC Boards of Directors.

Mr. Garberding has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the energy industry.  Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Garberding served as EnLink’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He held several positions with EnLink’s predecessor, Crosstex Energy, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Finance.

Before joining Crosstex in 2008, Mr. Garberding was assistant treasurer at TXU Corp., where he focused on structured transactions, such as project financing for coal plant development and the sale of TXU Gas Co. He also was involved in the $45 billion sale of TXU Corp. to a group of private buyers led by KKR, Goldman Sachs, and TPG. Previously, Mr. Garberding was a member of several structured commodity, derivative, and project finance teams when he worked for Enron North America as a finance manager. He also was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Garberding earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a board member of the Master Limited Partnerships Association and the American Heart Association.

Scott Griffiths has been an independent oil and gas consultant since 2007, advising clients on various Gulf of Mexico investment opportunities. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Hydro Gulf of Mexico LLC until it was acquired by Mariner Energy in December of 2006. Griffiths was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Spinnaker Exploration Company and served in senior management and exploration roles at Ocean Energy Inc., Global Natural Resources Inc. and Shell Oil Company.

Griffiths is on the board of directors of EPL Oil & Gas Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of New Mexico, a master’s in Geology from Indiana University and has completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Matthew C. Harris is a Founding Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners and leads GIP’s global energy industry investment team, including crude oil and refined product, natural gas, electricity, LNG, metals and mining, and petrochemicals. He is a member of GIP’s Investment, Operating, and Portfolio Valuation committees. He has been intimately involved in GIP’s investment, management, and strategic activities since its formation in 2006. He is a member of the board of directors of Hess Infrastructure Partners. Prior to the formation of GIP in 2006, he was a managing director in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse, as well as Co-Head of the Global Energy Group and Head of the EMEA Emerging Markets Group. Prior to his tenure at Credit Suisse, he was a senior member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Kidder Peabody & Co. Inc. He previously served as a director of the general partner of Access Midstream Partners L.P. from January 2010 through December 2013.

Christopher Ortega is a Partner of TPG. He has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector and currently sits on the board of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP and Jonah Energy Holdings LLC. He is a director of the general partner of Valerus Compression Services, LP (doing business as Axip Energy Services, LP).

From February 2011 through May 2013, Ortega served as a Principal of TPG. He previously served on the boards of AMCI Capital, Barra Energia, Connect Resource Services, DOF Subsea, and LMP Exploration. His responsibilities encompass investment origination, structuring, execution, monitoring, and exit strategy. He has a particular focus on the upstream oil and gas, oilfield services, and midstream sectors. Prior to TPG, Ortega was employed by First Reserve Corporation, a global private equity and infrastructure investment firm focused on energy, from July 2007 until January 2011, where he served as a director from January 2009 through January 2011.

He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.

Since 2005, Kyle Vann has served as an independent energy commodity consultant to many energy companies. Beginning in 2001, he served as CEO of Entergy-Koch L.P., a profitable energy trading and transportation company that was sold in 2004. Previously, Vann served as a senior vice president of Koch Industries, in various managerial positions with Exxon Corporation, and on the board of directors at Crosstex Energy L.P. Currently, he consults with Entergy Corporation and CCMP Capital Advisors while serving on the boards for Texon L.P., Legacy Reserves LLC and Chaparral Energy.

Vann graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He is a member of the board of advisors for the University of Kansas School of Engineering and a recipient of the Distinguished Engineering Service Award.

William A. Woodburn is a Founding Partner of Global Infrastructure Partners and oversees GIP’s Operating Team. He is a member of GIP’s Investment, Operating, and Portfolio Valuation committees and serves as chairman of its Portfolio Committee. He is a director of the following GIP portfolio companies: Gatwick Airport Limited, Competitive Power Ventures, Hess Midstream Partners and Naturgy SDG, S.A. (formerly Gas Natural SDG, S.A). Prior to the formation of GIP in 2006, Woodburn was the President and CEO of GE Infrastructure. From 2000 to 2001, he served as Executive Vice President and member of the Office of CEO at GE Capital and served as a member of the board of GE Capital. From 1984 to 2000, he held several senior roles at GE, including President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Specialty Materials and Vice President of GE Lighting. Prior to joining GE, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company for four years, focusing on the energy and transportation industries, and held process engineering and marketing positions at Union Carbide’s Linde Division for five years. He previously served as a director of the general partner of Access Midstream Partners L.P. from January 2010 through July 2014.
